Your Role
As Lead Sales, you’ll be at the forefront of Nixon Digital’s expansion, driving revenue growth and establishing the company as a leader in the enterprise SaaS market. Responsibilities include:
- Hunting for Opportunities: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients, focusing on key industries and markets.
- Strategic Business Development: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive customer acquisition and build sustainable revenue streams.
- Sales Process Leadership: Create and refine a scalable sales process that enables fast deal closures while fostering long-term client partnerships.
- Client Advocacy: Position Nixon Digital as a trusted partner by addressing critical challenges for multinational enterprises and demonstrating the value of our platform.
- Collaborative Growth: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align customer feedback with product innovation and targeted campaigns.
What You Bring
- Proven SaaS Sales Expertise: A successful track record of selling SaaS products to enterprise clients, with a focus on compliance, cybersecurity, or digital operations.
- Business Development Excellence: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through targeted business development initiatives.
- Startup/Scale-up Savvy: Hands-on experience growing sales operations in startup or scale-up environments.
