Your Role
As the Lead Marketing & Sales at Nixon Digital, you will be ultimately responsible for our marketing and sales strategy. You will guide our innovative product through various stages of growth: from startup to scale-up, and ultimately to a successful, mature organization. You are the one who will make a difference by putting Nixon Digital on the map, not only in the Netherlands but worldwide.
- Develop the Growth Strategy: Create a solid business model and ensure the right go-to-market strategy to successfully sell our licenses.
- Lead the Marketing and Sales Team: Build and mentor a team responsible for the entire marketing and sales cycle, from lead generation to customer relationship management.
- Sell to Enterprise Clients: Position complex SaaS solutions in the B2B market, especially to enterprise clients operating in multiple countries.
- Optimize the Sales Process: Implement and monitor a sales model that guarantees quick, recurring revenue as well as long-term customer relationships.
- Think and Act Innovatively: Be capable of pivoting our business model and sales strategies when the market demands it.
What do you bring?
- Demonstrable experience in successfully selling SaaS products, preferably in the B2B market.
- A proven track record in guiding startups or scale-ups through various growth phases.
- Excellent strategic and commercial skills; you know exactly how to build and implement a business model.
- Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience with international clients and working in a multi-brand environment is a significant plus.
