How findings are classified
Always non-compliant if it happens before consent. Configuration doesn’t matter here — a cookie is set, or a known ad, social or analytics vendor loads.
Possibly non-compliant — we can only be certain by inspecting the exact setup. A cookieless ping, reCAPTCHA, or a case where a data processing agreement may already cover it.
Compliant. Strictly necessary or consent-management technology — the same outcome as a fully clean site.

Privacy score distribution
Score bands: 0–40 (poor), 41–55, 56–70, 71–85, 86–100 (strong). Score reflects pre-consent tracking behaviour only, not overall privacy quality.
Average findings per site
On top of this, sites load an average of 3.2 strictly-necessary or consent-management items before consent — these are not counted as findings under this methodology.
